David Clutterbuck - Practice Lead and Founder of Clutterbuck Associates

He brought the concept of supported mentoring to Europe in the 1980s and is a leading authority globally in both coaching and mentoring. David has written more than 50 books and is visiting professor at two universities. He practises what he preaches by taking on a major learning challenge every year.

 

Liz Dimmock - Managing Partner

Liz works across a number of our client organisations in the design and consultancy around coaching and mentoring programmes. She has a background in HR consulting, coaching and mentoring developed through corporate and consulting roles at KPMG, CMC and HSBC. Liz is passionate about making coaching and mentoring work simply and practically in organisations and supporting organisations and individuals to simply have “good conversation”. When not working Liz loves spending time on her road or mountain bike, skis, the allotment and cooking up new recipes for friends and family!

 

Jo Gray - Programme Manager

Jo has been with CA for nearly 3 and half years. She is a firm believer in the power of effective mentoring and coaching and supports our clients in the design, set up, review and evaluation of their programmes. She is currently involved in developing our online coaching and mentoring spaces. Previously Jo worked in a more operational role running an IT recruitment consultancy. In her limited spare time Jo attempts to combine her love of family, friends, a good book, a good laugh and vodka!

 

Lucy Byrne - Sales and Office Administrator

Lucy joined CA in August 2010. Prior to this she spent 5 years working within an Estate Agency in West London supporting the sales team. Outside work Lucy enjoys socialising with friends, baking and spending time outdoors!

 

Sara Hope - Coaching Principal Consultant

Sara’s approach to coaching is informed by both her business and academic background. She has over 15 years management and coaching experience working in blue-chip companies including Vodafone, Ernst & Young and KPMG.

 

Lis Merrick - Mentoring Principal Consultant

Lis is a social science graduate, with an MBA and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Chartered Management Institute. She has a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring and an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring, which she studied at Sheffield Business School.

 

Jonathan Gravells - Consultant

Jonathan has an M.A. in languages from Cambridge University and an MSc. in Mentoring and Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is on the NHS Institute’s register of approved senior executive coaches. He is trained in psychometric testing at B.P.S. levels A & B.

 

Emily Cosgrove - Consultant

Emily has delivered training and consultation in coaching and mentoring on a national and international level for almost 10 years and is a qualified coach-mentor with an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring.

 

Patti Stevens – Consultant

Patti is co-founder and a board director of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS), the UK’s top-level professional body for accrediting Executive Coaches and Executive Coach Supervisors www.apecs.org
 

Samantha Harrop – Consultant

Samantha’s background is in the fields of communication, change management and HR. She is an expert in providing both strategic communication advice and practical hands-on support to organisations, helping them communicate with and engage their employees during times of change. She has experience of all typical change interventions such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and culture change programmes.

Deborah Morel - Consultant

Deborah is a senior consultant at Clutterbuck Associates and has worked with the NHS, Gillette Ltd, Walthamstow Council, Transport for London and London South Bank University. Deborah has contributed to the writing of the Facilitator guides in Mentoring and Coaching; she is also an accredited assessor for the International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment (ISMPE). An experienced coach, she has had several years working as a coach and mentor and has also worked designing and delivering Diversity Mentoring programmes.

 

Ewa Francis – Consultant

Ewa is a Management and Performance coach with 12 years of cross-cultural European experience in Learning and Development in the UK and Polish markets. As well as holding management roles, she has worked as a trainer, mentor and facilitator to help individuals and teams to develop. In addition to coaching, her main area of interest and expertise is Leadership and Management Development at both a strategic and operational level. She has a proven record of designing, implementing and evaluating leadership and management programmes successfully at all levels.

 

Simon Machin – Consultant

Simon is an experienced leadership development and coaching professional. He has a decade of experience in coaching leaders from a variety of private and public sector organisations across the world. He works with leaders who want to develop and fulfil their potential and has particular expertise in helping build leadership and influencing skills. He also works with organisations who want to grow their leadership and coaching capability. Simon is a Mathematics graduate, with an MSc in Operational Research, a post-graduate certificate in Personal and business coaching, and holds an MA in Coaching and Mentoring.
